  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • As we currently operate on cash on delivery, refunds are not available.

  • Instead, customers will receive a replacement item of the same product or another item of equal value, based on availability.

  • If a replacement cannot be provided, our team will work with you to find the best possible resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Carter Camping is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return process if not properly packed.
